📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Soft Like Sundays partners with several trusted fulfillment suppliers to bring you a curated collection of apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.
Because of this, items in the same order may ship separately and have different processing times.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order or fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please be sure to check our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll take care of the rest.
Replacements are sent directly from the fulfillment partner responsible for your item.


📏 Sizing Issues

Since apparel is fulfilled by multiple suppliers, sizing and fabric can vary slightly by item.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, but we’re happy to help with measurements and sizing assistance before you buy.

If a sizing error is the result of a manufacturer misprint or incorrect labeling, we will replace the item.


💗 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or been sent to the supplier for fulfillment (this is often within a few hours).

If you need to cancel, reach out ASAP — we’ll try our best, but cannot guarantee cancellation.


🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and your mailbox

  • Give it 24–48 hours

  • Contact your local post office with the tracking number

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will help you open a case with the carrier. Some suppliers may offer discounted replacements depending on the situation.


🌎 International Orders

Customs fees, import taxes, or delays are the responsibility of the customer.
